SENIOR Architectural & Interior Designer ATTACH PORTFOLIO

An Architectural & Interior Designer is responsible for planning, designing, and executing functional, aesthetic, and structurally effective residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces. The role combines architectural planning, space optimization, 3D visualization, material selection, and project coordination to create practical and visually appealing environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural layouts, floor plans, and concept designs
- Create detailed 2D drawings using software like AutoCAD
- Produce realistic 3D models and renderings using 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Corona Renderer
- Design interior spaces considering functionality, aesthetics, lighting, and circulation
- Prepare working drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, and electrical layouts
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, textures, and color schemes
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and site engineers




- Conduct site visits and supervise project execution
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and safety standards
- Present concepts through mood boards, walkthroughs, and visual presentations
