Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Alternate Saturdays (2nd & 4th) + Sundays

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits, campaigns, and awareness activities
- Build relationships with colleges, institutes, and local networks
- Organize counselling and orientation sessions
- Achieve daily/weekly mobilization targets
- Represent the organization in outreach events

Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in field mobilization / recruitment is preferred
- Freshers are welcome (must be willing to work in field role)




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel across locations
- Target-driven and proactive attitude
