Job Description: Manager - Talent Acquisition

Position Title: TA Manager

Location: Rohini, Delhi

Reporting To: AGM HR

Role Summary:
- We are looking for a highly execution-driven TA Manager who can drive recruitment operations with speed, structure, and data-backed decision-making.
- This role will act as the right hand to the TA Head, ensuring day-to-day hiring delivery, team productivity, and process adherence across all mandates.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Hiring Execution
- Manage multiple open roles across functions with strict adherence to timelines and quality
- Drive closures through robust sourcing, screening, and coordination
- Take ownership of critical and high-priority roles when required

2. Advanced Sourcing & Talent Mapping
- Build strong pipelines using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and alternate channels
- Continuously map talent for recurring and niche roles

3. ATS & Technology Utilization
- Ensure complete and accurate usage of ATS for all hiring activities
- Leverage AI tools for sourcing, screening, and productivity improvement

Data Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain real-time trackers and dashboards for:
- Open positions
- Pipeline status
- Interview conversions
- Offer vs joining data
- Support TA Head with insight-driven reporting, not just raw data

5. Team Coordination & Productivity
- Drive daily recruiter activity and ensure target-based delivery
- Monitor individual performance and improve output quality
- Act as a bridge between TA Head and recruiters for execution alignment

6. Process Adherence & Governance
- Ensure all hiring follows defined processes and structured frameworks
- Maintain documentation, interview feedback records, and compliance
- Eliminate ad-hoc and unstructured hiring practices
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers for scheduling and feedback
- Ensure quick turnaround on interviews and decisions

Key Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with strong execution focus
