Require Accountant for school in Greater Noida west.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the school.

Prepare and monitor annual budgets in collaboration with the administration.

Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

2. Payroll Management:
Process payroll for all staff members, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Calculate deductions such as provident fund, income tax, and other statutory requirements.

3. Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Provide detailed financial analysis and reports to the school management.

Forecast future financial trends to aid in decision-making.

4. Compliance and Audit:
Ensure compliance with all financial and accounting regulations, including GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

Coordinate and support external audits.

5. Fee Management:




Maintain student fee records and generate fee invoices.

Track and follow up on unpaid fees in a skilled manner.

6. General Accounting Duties:
Reconcile bank statements regularly.

Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.

Manage petty cash and other financial transactions.

7. Additional Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.

Respond to inquiries related to financial matters.

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational institution.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
