Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical (preferred)

Role Summary

The Facility Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the overall upkeep and maintenance of the facility, ensuring that all civil, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems function efficiently and safely. The role involves supervising maintenance staff, coordinating repair activities, managing preventive maintenance schedules, and ensuring mínimal downtime of infrastructure and utilities.

Key Responsibilities

Civil Works
- Supervise basic civil maintenance such as masonry, painting, flooring, carpentry, and minor repairs
- Monitor building condition and report structural damages
- Coordinate renovation and repair works
- Ensure secure execution of civil activities

Plumbing Works
- Oversee water supply systems, pipelines, pumps, and drainage systems
- Attend leakages, blockages, and sanitary maintenance issues
- Ensure proper functioning of restrooms and water facilities




- Plan preventive maintenance of plumbing systems

Electrical Works
- Supervise maintenance of lighting, wiring, panels, and electrical equipment
- Monitor power supply, DG sets, UPS, and backup systems
- Ensure electrical safety compliance and inspections
- Coordinate troubleshooting and repairs

HVAC Works
- Oversee operation and maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation systems
- Monitor AHUs, FCUs, chillers, ducting, and exhaust systems
- Schedule preventive servicing and filter cleaning
- Ensure comfortable temperature and air quality

General Responsibilities
- Supervise technicians and maintenance staff on daily activities
- Plan preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Maintain maintenance records, logs, and reports
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Respond quickly to breakdowns and emergency iss
