Job Title: ITI Instructor (Electrician / Fitter)

Educational Qualification
- Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

OR
- Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

OR
- ITI (Fitter / Electrician) + CITS
- Note:_ As per NCVT norms, CITS (Craft Instructor Training Scheme) is a mandatory qualification for ITI instructors. The institute ensures availability of qualified instructors and encourages existing staff to complete CITS.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and workshop training for Electrician / Fitter trades
- Conduct practical sessions and demonstrate tools, machines, and equipment usage
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessment methods
- Monitor student performance and provide guidance for improvement
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and workshop discipline
- Support students in skill development and industry preparedness
