As part of our expansion, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager who can lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, streamline project execution, and ensure successful project delivery.

Role Overview : The Project Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end software development projects, coordinating with internal teams and clients, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining quality standards, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource planning
- Prepare detailed project plans and ensure timely execution within deadlines




- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve delays, blockers, and risks
- Ensure projects are delivered within timelines while maintaining quality standards and business objectives
- Coordinate with development, design, QA, and business teams to ensure smooth workflow and execution
- Track deliverables, sprint progress, and project health regularly
- Maintain project documentation, reports, trackers, and delivery metrics

2. Agile & Process Management
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
- Improve internal delivery workflows, project tracking systems, and operational processes
- Identify project dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies proactively
- Ensure process compliance, transparency, and accountability across teams
- Maintain efficient communication and coordination between stakeholders and technical teams
