Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support IT infrastructure network and securityacross client environments
- Administer and maintain network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
- Design and implement network and security solutions based on business requirements
- Handle security device administration (firewalls, endpoint security, access control systems)
- Ensure system availability, capacity planning, and performance optimization:
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for incidents and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and support activities:
- Manage customer interactions, ensuring high satisfaction and service delivery
- Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and support processes:
- Handle vendor coordination and technical support management:
- Support implementation and governance of IT policies and processes

Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Network + Security along with latest Digital Infrastructure (IT Infrastructure on Network and security & AI Solutions):




- Hands-on experience in network administration and troubleshooting:
- Expertise in network and security solution design:
- Experience in security device management:
- Understanding of RCA, availability, and capacity management:
- Ability to manage technical vendors and support teams:
- Solid team coordination and collaboration skills:
- Good customer handling and communication skills:
- Knowledge of reporting, documentation, and IT support processes:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience
- Experience in healthcare IT Network & Security or IT Nework and security Infra environments (Infrastructure Management and troubleshooting, Security Management, HMS, data security, compliance)
- Exposure to AI-based solutions or smart infrastructure systems:
- Experience working in managed services or support environments
