We are looking for Back office cum Telecalling position with our IT company
Below are the job details
- Manage and maintain files, and databases of sales team and Vendor
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of information
- Handle documentation, reports, and MIS preparation
- Coordinate with Sales Team
- Vendor Management
- Good in Excel
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly
- Maintain call records and update CRM/database regularly
Location - Shivaji Nagar, Pune
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
