Experience:1 - 2 years in Human Resources

Job Summary:We are looking for an HR Executive to support our HR team in managing employee lifecycle activities, recruitment and onboarding. This role provides an opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute to a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining onboarding documentation for new hires.
- Assist in performance review processes and collecting feedback.

Skills:
- Strong communication (verbal & written), organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).




- Ability to be flexible, maintain confidentiality, work under pressure and handle sensitive information.

Education:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant HR certifications or courses are a plus.

Salary (CTC): ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month (depending on expertise)
