Job Profile:
We are looking for a qualified Engineer (ITI Foundry Man) on a full time basis role in the Production Department.
- Planning daily post casting finishing activity in sync with daily casting production
- Supervising post casting operations such as fettling, cutting, grinding, surface finishing and moving to FG stock on a day to day basis
- Planning weekly manpower shift allocation
- Ensure necessary stock of consumables used in daily production
- Carry out regular Preventive Maintenance activities for all post processing equipment.
- Ensure machine spare part stock and coordinate with maintenance department to replace faulty parts of machine on breakdown.

Qualification:
- Graduation
- Diploma/ B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical /Metallurgy
- Needs to have prior experience working in a foundry in melting deprtment




- 3+ years’ experience in melting/ fettling/ molding department of a foundry is required
