Job Description: Service & Housekeeping Staff

Location: The Hamlet Resort Hyderabad
Department: Food & Beverage Service / Housekeeping

Job Summary

The Service & Housekeeping staff are responsible for ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction by providing excellent food service and maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of the resort. The role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong customer service attitude.

Key ResponsibilitiesA. Service (F&B;) Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating and menu selection
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve promptly
- Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set
- Provide courteous and professional service at all times
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely delivery of orders
- Handle guest requests and complaints politely
- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas and service stations

B. Housekeeping (HK) Duties
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish room supplies




- Ensure high standards of hygiene and sanitation
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor
- Handle laundry tasks if required
- Follow cleaning schedules and checklists

General Responsibilities
- Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction at all times
- Follow resort policies, safety, and hygiene standards
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments
- Be adaptable to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain grooming and professional appearance

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum high school education (hospitality training is a plus)
- Prior experience in hotel/resort service or housekeeping preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and cleaning standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience
- 0-5 years of experience in hospitality (freshers can also apply)
