Scope of Work & Responsibilities: -
- Will be responsible to manage the 3D task along with team as per the task aligned.
- Understand the entire requirement of the 3D and do the required to ensure deliverables with support of team
- Working and Coordinate for all the existing project and upcoming recent launch project
- Solution driven management in task is require
- d whenever required considering timeline.
- Ensure day to day deliverables as per deadline.
- Participate to plan 3D Task and to plan and organising the required.
- Using your experience and expertise in best effective way to bring right output.
- Ensure timeline driven deliveries when tight deadlines
- Working on architectural drawing and initiating the Interior detail working as per design and concept




- Work with team for creating layouts and elevations and Interior Designing
- Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible
- Referencing and explaining visuals
- 3D Modelling, lighting (Carona) & rendering as per the ongoing requirements.
- Photorealistic lighting and walkthrough requirements
- Visualising building concepts in various graphic mediums
- Rendering in 3D StudioMax and post-production in Photoshop
- Making simple but effective presentations/ walk-thru for in-house as required
- As required coordination with Dubai Project team & India Project Design team to develop required layouts, elevations etc. in 3D as required

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
