Job Title: Quality Engineer
Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Quality Engineer with 2-5 years of experience to ensure product quality, process compliance, and continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality inspections on incoming, in-process, and finished products
- Implement and maintain quality standards and procedures
- Identify defects and take corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues
- Maintain quality documentation and reports
- Coordinate with production and design teams for quality improvements
- Ensure compliance with ISO and other regulatory standards
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution

Requirements:




- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
- 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering company
- Knowledge of quality tools (7 QC tools, CAPA, RCA, etc.)
- Familiarity with ISO standards and documentation
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in machine manufacturing or pharma packaging industry
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
