Job Description: Graphics Designer & Video Editor (AI-Driven Creative Artist)

Role Overview

We are looking for a multi-skilled Creative Artist who can blend Graphic Design, Video Editing, and AI-powered workflows to create high-end visual content across films, branding, government projects, and digital campaigns.

This role is not traditional — you’ll work on cinematic storytelling, real-time content, AI-assisted production, and premium brand visuals.

Key Responsibilities Graphic Design
- Create high-quality social media creatives, posters, banners, thumbnails:
- Design brand identities, pitch decks, and campaign visuals:
- Work with print-ready files (billboards, hoardings, large format designs):
- Maintain brand consistency across all assets (Reel 9 + client brands)

Video Editing
- Edit cinematic videos, reels, ads, and documentaries:
- Handle color grading, transitions, sound sync, pacing:
- Create short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts):
- Work on event films,



government project videos, and storytelling content

AI-Driven Creative Work (Very Significant)
- Use AI tools like:
- Midjourney / DALL-E / Stable Diffusion / Gemini / Sora (or similar):
- AI video tools (Runway, Pika, Kaiber, etc.)
- Generate:
- Storyboards
- Thumbnails
- Concept art
- Backgrounds & assets
- Write and optimize high-quality prompts (prompt engineering):
- Integrate AI outputs into production-ready designs/videos

Motion & Advanced Work (Bonus)
- Basic motion graphics (After Effects)
- Knowledge of Unreal Engine / 3D workflows (optional but preferred):
- Understanding of VFX basics, compositing, and layering

Required Skills Design Tools
- Photoshop (Must)
- Illustrator (Must)
- After Effects (preferred)
- Premiere Pro (Must)

Editing Skills
- Strong sense of timing, music sync, storytelling:
- Understanding of cinematic cuts & transitions:
- Knowledge of color grading basics
