Responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience in the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and understand their requirements
- Promote products and achieve sales targets
- Maintain store display and stock arrangement
- Handle billing and basic cash transactions
- Ensure cleanliness and store standards
Skills Required:
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Sales and convincing ability
- Basic billing/POS knowledge
- Presentable and customer-focused
Qualification & Experience:
- HSC / Graduate preferred
- 0-3 years experience (freshers can apply)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
