HR Executive - Recruitment & HR Operations

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive - Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (Fresher) to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent prospect for recent graduates or early-career HR professionals to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, and HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Recruitment
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Issue offer letters and handle pre-joining documentation.
- Co-ordinate onboarding, induction, and joining formalities

HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, attendance & leave data
- Support monthly payroll inputs and salary register updates
- Assist in statutory compliance — PT documentation (Telangana)
- Draft HR letters: appointment, confirmation, experience




- Handle grievance logging and employee query coordination

Requirements:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources — Fresher or up to 2 years' experience
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Basic understanding of HR processes, labour laws, and statutory compliance
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi; Telugu is a plus
- HR internship or project experience is an added advantage
