Key Responsibilities:
- Design eye-catching social media posts, stories, and promotional creatives using Canva or photoshop:
- Use basic Photoshop for straightforward edits, corrections, and resizing
- Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Understand how to post for engagement — right hashtags, best posting times, catchy captions, trending formats
- Develop creative ideas that align with brand identity and current trends
- Maintain consistent brand styling in all designs
- Write short, engaging captions for posts
- Support marketing campaigns with creative input and execution
- Understand and stay updated with the latest marketing and social media trends

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design or social media content creation
- Strong knowledge of Canva:




- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop:
- Understanding of design principles (color, layout, typography, visual hierarchy)
- Knowledge of how to increase social media engagement—reels, trends, hashtags, timing, captions
- Ability to manage social media posting and scheduling tools
- Creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Design, Marketing, or related field (optional)
- Basic video editing skills (VN/Canva Video)
- Familiarity with AI tools for creative ideas or design enhancement

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
