Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer pain points and position AI automation and software solutions accordingly
- Sell services including:
- AI Agents
- Workflow Automation
- Mobile Applications
- Web Applications
- CRM/ERP Integrations
- Process Digitization
- Custom Business Software
- Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for solution discussions and proposals
- Schedule and participate in client demos and presentations
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Prepare proposals, follow-ups, and sales documentation




- Maintain regular communication with prospects and clients
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated on industry trends, AI technologies, automation platforms, and digital transformation solutions
- Build long-term relationships with SMB customers across APAC

Required Skills & QualificationsExperience
- 2-6 years of experience in B2B sales, IT services sales, SaaS sales, or software solutions sales

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred

Required Skills:
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in outbound sales and lead generation
- Understanding of software development, mobile apps, web apps, APIs, and automation concepts
- Ability to explain technical solutions in simple business terms
- Robust presentation and negotiation skills
