WHAT THIS ROLE IS

We have thousands of customers who have bought from us and gone quiet. Your job is to bring them back — systematically, intelligently, and repeatedly. You will own our repeat purchase rate and be directly accountable for growing it. If you've built loyalty programs, reactivation campaigns, or lifecycle flows that actually moved a metric, this role was written for you.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Design and own a loyalty or VIP framework that incentivises repeat orders — not just discounts
- Segment the customer base by value, frequency, and recency and treat each segment differently
- Run A/B tests on messaging, timing, and offers — and act on the data, not hunches
- Own a repeat purchase rate KPI — you report on it weekly and you own the number

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- 3+ years in retention marketing, lifecycle,



or CRM roles — ideally at an e-commerce company
- Hands-on with tools like Klaviyo, WebEngage, MoEngage, or similar — not just awareness
- Solid understanding of RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) segmentation
- Analytical — you can read a cohort chart, understand churn curves, and spot patterns
- You write copy that gets responses, not copy that gets ignored

WHAT THIS IS NOT
- A role for someone who just manages newsletters — this is strategy + execution
- A supporting role — you will lead retention as a function, not assist someone else

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
