- Product Listing & Cataloging: Uploading products, writing titles/descriptions, and managing images on online platforms.
- Order Processing: Handling daily orders, logistics, and dispatch coordination.
- Marketing Optimization: Running Ads and improving listing visibility to increase sales.
- Account Management: Maintaining healthy seller accounts, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliances.
- Attending inquiry calls.
- Sharing estimates with customers.
- Sharing designs to the customers.
- Order Tracking: follow up for order status.
- Customer follow up.
- Maintaining database and records of designs.
- Stock Management
