Job Role:
We are hiring enthusiastic freshers for an Inbound Voice Process supporting Axis Bank customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries related to bank accounts, cards, and transactions
- Provide accurate information and quality customer support
- Maintain excellent communication and customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers can apply
- Hindi language is mandatory
- Basic English communication required
- Telugu preferred
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Advantages:
- ₹14,300 Take Home Salary




- 2-Way Cab Facility OR ₹2,000 Travel Allowance
- Performance Incentives up to ₹10,000

Work Timings:
- 6 Days Working | 1 Weekly Off
- Day Shift Only
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

- Formal attire mandatory
- Boys: Formal shirt & trousers
- Girls: Formal wear with mínimal makeup

Selection Process:
HR Round → AMCAT Assessment → Manager Round

Pay: ₹13,744.88 - ₹35,843.03 per month
