Own and manage the entire documentation ecosystem across the organization including SOPs, WI, formats, logs, and records.
- Ensure document control compliance (versioning, approvals, traceability, archival, and retrieval).
- Lead cross-functional coordination to implement, update, and standardize processes across Production, QC, Stores, and Maintenance.
- Drive internal audits (process, system, and compliance audits) and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Prepare and facilitate Management Review Meetings (MRM) including data consolidation, KPI tracking, and MOM documentation.
- Ensure all process changes, current developments, and decisions are properly documented, approved, and communicated.
- Establish and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) in line with applicable standards (ISO / customer requirements).
- Monitor and improve process adherence on shop floor through regular audits and checks.
- Lead NCR, CAR,



and Continuous Improvement (CI) systems including root cause analysis and effectiveness tracking.
- Ensure audit readiness at all times (internal, customer, certification audits).
- Maintain department-wise documentation discipline and train teams on documentation standards.
- Act as the central authority for process approvals and documentation validation.
- Ensure proper record retention and compliance with statutory and customer requirements.
- Drive process standardization and digitization initiatives for better control and efficiency.
- Track and report quality KPIs (rejection rates, audit scores, closure timelines, etc.).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
