Islie by Piya Jain is an ethnic wear fashion brand that blends traditional Indian craftsmanship with contemporary, elegant designs. The brand focuses on quality, detail, and timeless styles for the contemporary woman.

We are looking for a Production Executive to manage and support our day-to-day production process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete production lifecycle, from sampling to final finishing and dispatch
- Collaborate closely with master artisans, vendors, and production units to ensure seamless execution
- Uphold the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and finishing across all garments
- Monitor timelines and ensure timely delivery of collections in line with brand expectations
- Source premium fabrics, trims, and materials aligned with the design vision




- Maintain structured production planning, inventory tracking, and documentation
- Work in close alignment with the design team to translate creative concepts into impeccably finished pieces

Requirements:
- Proven experience in high-end or designer wear production (ethnic or fusion preferred)
- Strong knowledge of luxury fabrics, garment construction, and finishing techniques
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality standards
- Strong vendor and artisan management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, design-driven environment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
