Position Title:Store Assistant

Department:Stores

Qualification:Diploma / Any Graduate

Experience:1-3 years experience in stores/warehouse, preferably in wiring harness or manufacturing industry

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store raw materials and components
- Maintain stock records and inventory accuracy
- Issue materials to production as per requirement
- Handle inward and outward entries in system/manual records
- Coordinate with purchase and production teams
- Ensure proper labeling and storage of materials
- Conduct periodic stock verification and cycle counting
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices
- Ensure housekeeping and safety in store area
- Assist in documentation and reporting

Skills Required:
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP preferred)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a team
