Position Overview

The Branch Manager will be responsible for complete clinic operations including sales, team management, patient experience, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive monthly branch revenue and profitability
- Manage counsellors, doctors, therapists, and front desk teams
- Monitor daily sales performance and conversions
- Ensure excellent patient experience and service quality
- Handle staff training, discipline, and motivation
- Maintain clinic SOPs, hygiene, and operational standards
- Review marketing leads and improve conversion ratios
- Coordinate inventory, vendor management, and reporting
- Conduct daily and weekly performance reviews
- Build solid local brand presence and retention strategies

Requirements:




- 3-7 years of clinic/hospital/wellness/retail management experience
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Good understanding of sales and operations
- Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, wellness, or healthcare preferred
- Target-driven with analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Compensation
- Fixed salary + performance incentives

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
