Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing vendors
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
- Conduct cold calling and vendor outreach activities
- Build robust relationships with vendors and internal teams
- Coordinate operational projects and ensure timely execution
- Monitor vendor performance and improve service quality
- Ensure compliance with company standards and agreements

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Experience in vendor management, negotiation, or project management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities




- Proficiency in MS Office and vendor management tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Skills
- Experience in retail, furniture, manufacturing, or related industries
- Knowledge of procurement and contract management
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer knowledge
