We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate MBBS-qualified Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to provide round-the-clock medical care to patients in a hospital setting. The RMO will be responsible for handling emergencies, monitoring inpatients, and supporting consultants to ensure high-quality patient care and smooth clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide continuous medical care and supervision to admitted patients
- Attend and manage emergency cases, including initial assessment and stabilization
- Conduct ward rounds, evaluate patient progress, and update treatment plans
- Perform basic clinical procedures such as IV cannulation, suturing, and catheterization
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and allied departments for patient management
- Maintain accurate medical records, case sheets, and discharge summaries
- Monitor vital signs,



review investigations, and report critical changes to senior doctors
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, infection control, and medico-legal guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution
- Valid registration with NMC / State Medical Council
- 0-3 years of experience (Freshers can apply)

- Solid clinical knowledge and decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle emergencies efficiently
- Good documentation and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
