We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Executive who can build our brand presence, generate quality leads, and engage our audience across digital platforms. If you understand both content + conversion, this role is for you.

Social Media Management
- Manage and grow company profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars
- Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity

Content Creation
- Create engaging posts, reels, and stories focused on real estate trends, property listings, and investment tips
- Write compelling captions and hooks that drive engagement
- Coordinate with designers and video editors

Performance Marketing
- Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads preferred)
- Focus on lead generation campaigns for property sales




- Monitor CPL (Cost per Lead) and ROI

Engagement & Community Building
- Respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries promptly
- Build and nurture an online community
- Handle basic customer queries and direct leads to sales team

Analytics & Reporting
- Track metrics like engagement rate, reach, leads, and conversions
- Share weekly/monthly performance reports
- Suggest improvements based on insights

Trend Monitoring
- Stay updated with real estate trends and social media algorithms
- Suggest influencer collaborations and campaign ideas

Skills & Qualifications (Must-Have):
- 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram & Facebook growth strategies
- Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads):
- Valuable copywriting skills (English + Hindi preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Canva / video editing tools

Good-to-Have:
- Experience in real estate / property marketin
