Job Title : Purchase and Store Incharge

Scope:
To oversee procurement operations, vendor management and store inventory control, ensuring timely availability of materials and productive storage practices to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement process including vendor identification, negotiation and purchase order execution.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing and supplier contracts, stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
- Supervise store operations including receiving, storage and issuance of materials.
- Implement inventory control systems to minimize wastage and prevent stock-outs.
- Conduct regular audits of store and purchase records for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with accounts department for invoice verification and payment processing.
- Coordinate with Project, Quality, Planning and Production department for timely delivery of the products.
- Ensure adherence to company policies,



quality standards and safety regulations.
- Prepare periodic reports on purchase activities, stock status, and vendor performance.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineer, Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Proven experience in procurement and store management.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
