We are looking for a qualified and grounded School Psychologist & Career Counsellor who can do more than just sit with reports. This role is hands-on inside a school ecosystem supporting student well-being, driving career clarity, and delivering structured life skills education through the SkillsForUs curriculum.

Location: Multiple Tier-3 Cities, Uttar Pradesh (Relocation Mandatory)

You’ll work directly with students, teachers, and school leadership to build a mentally healthy, future-ready student community.

Key Responsibilities

1. Psychological Support & Student Well-being
- Conduct classroom sessions for students.
- Identify learning difficulties, developmental concerns, and mental health issues; recommend interventions
- Maintain confidential student records and psychological reports
- Conduct psychometric assessments where required
- Run awareness sessions on mental health, emotional regulation, and resilience
- Conduct events, podcasts, create newsletters and maintain reports.

2. Career Counselling & Guidance
- Deliver structured career awareness sessions for primary,



middle and senior school students
- Use standardized career assessment tools and interpret results
- Organize career fairs, expert talks, and parent orientation sessions
- Stay updated on higher education trends, entrance exams, and emerging careers

3. SkillsForUs Curriculum Delivery
- Implement the SkillsForUs curriculum through:
- Life skills sessions (communication, decision-making, critical thinking, etc.)
- Career readiness modules
- Experiential and activity-based learning formats
- Ensure sessions are interactive, structured, and outcome-driven
- Track student progress and submit regular reports

4. School Ecosystem Collaboration
- Work closely with teachers to support classroom behavior strategies and inclusive education practices
- Train teachers on basic psychological first aid and student engagement strategies
- Engage with parents through workshops and one-on-one interactions
