Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Sector 46 Gurugaon
Department: Human Resources
Experience: 6 m to 1 Years

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned positions
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
- Schedule and manage interviews with hiring managers
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
- Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports

Required Skills:
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed,Workindia etc.)
- Strong coordination and organizational skills

Qualifications:
- Graduate / MBA in HR (preferred)
- Relevant experience in recruitment is an advantage

Additional Requirements:
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Immediate joiners preferred (if required)

Salary Range
15k to 20k

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
