Job Title: Graphic Designer (UGC / Graphics for Performance Marketing Agency)

About Us:
We are a fast-growing performance marketing agency helping brands scale through creative, high-converting ad campaigns. We’re looking for a talented Part-Time Graphic Designer to join our team and bring fresh, engaging visuals to our projects.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Edit and enhance UGC (User-Generated Content) for ad campaigns across social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
- Design marketing assets such as social media creatives, thumbnails, ad layouts, and banners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and conversion-driven creatives.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, platform guidelines, and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements:




- Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Strong eye for detail, composition, and typography.
- Understanding of short-form video editing and social media ad formats.
- Experience editing UGC content for ads is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Work Details:
- Part-time (flexible schedule, approx. 35 hours per week)
