KD Realtors Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a agile, results-driven, and highly motivated Sales Manager to drive property sales across premium residential and commercial segments in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for handling the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation and nurturing to conducting site visits and finalizing high-value negotiations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Management: Proactively identify prospective buyers through B2C channels, networking, and digital platforms.
- Client Advisory & Consultative Sales: Understand client requirements, offer appropriate property solutions, and provide comprehensive details on configurations, pricing, and payment plans.
- Site Visits: Schedule, coordinate, and execute professional site visits, showcasing the project location, structural USPs, and community amenities to build buyer conviction.
- Negotiation & Closures: Handle pricing objections professionally, structure competitive deals, and execute expert negotiation strategies to successfully close sales.
- CRM & Pipeline Tracking:



Efficiently maintain and update customer databases on CRM software to track interactions, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
- Market Analysis: Keep abreast of competitors' pricing, market trends, and real estate inventory changes in the Noida/Delhi NCR region.
- Education: Graduate in any stream (Commerce or Management background is a plus).
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven sales track record. Preferred industries: Real Estate, Insurance, or High-Value B2C Sales/Promotions.
- Key Skills:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking abilities.
- A goal-oriented, self-motivated "closer" mindset.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently (Basic to conversational English proficiency).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
