Supervise and coordinate site activities, including labor, contractors, and materials.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify defects, and implement corrective actions.
- Liaise with Project Manager, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve site-related issues.
- Manage and maintain site records, including attendance, progress reports, and incident reports.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Identify and report potential delays, cost overruns, or other project risks to the Project Manager.
- Provide guidance and training to site staff and laborers as required.
- Ensure site cleanliness and organization, including waste management and environmental protection.
