Brief Description: The Store Incharge is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory of raw materials, spare parts, consumables, and finished goods in the manufacturing unit. The role ensures proper stock management, accurate documentation, and smooth material flow to production.
Responsibilities:
- Receive raw materials, spare parts, and consumables from suppliers.
- Verify quantity and quality of materials with purchase orders.
- Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and maintain receiving records.
- Maintain accurate records of stock in ERP / Excel / stock registers.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain minimum inventory levels.
- Report shortages, excess, or damaged materials.
- Conduct periodic physical stock audits.

Qualification:Graduate / Diploma / B.Com / BBA / Material Management preferred.

Experience:
- Inventory management.
- MS Excel / ERP knowledge.
- Material handling.
- Documentation & reporting.
- 2-5 years experience in manufacturing store or warehouse.
- Follow FIFO / FEFO method for stock rotation.
