Job Summary:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receive, review, and process customer orders through our order management system.
- Receive, verify, and process customer orders accurately, ensuring all details are correct.
- Enter order information into the company's system (e.g., CRM, ERP).
- Track order progress and communicate updates to customers and relevant teams.
- Handle order adjustments, cancellations, and returns.
- Coordinate with warehouse and shipping departments for timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare manifests and labels for shipments.
- Assist in managing inventory levels to ensure product availability for orders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience in order processing, customer service, or logistics is a plus.
- Familiarity with order management systems and software.
