Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Production & UGC Intern who will assist in managing content production and user-generated content (UGC) for performance marketing campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on shoots, coordinating content, and bringing creative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing content shoots (photo/video):
- Coordinate with creators and manage UGC content collection:
- Ensure smooth execution of production schedules and timelines:
- Help in sourcing props, locations, and shoot requirements
- Manage and organize raw content, assets, and deliverables
- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams for content requirements




- Maintain quality and consistency across all produced content
- Support in basic content ideation and trend research

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong interest in content creation, shoots, and production:
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
- Basic understanding of social media content formats (Reels, Ads, UGC):
- Good communication and team collaboration skills

Good to Have
- Prior experience or exposure to UGC or content shoots:
- Basic knowledge of video editing or content tools:
- Interest in D2C brands, fashion, or lifestyle content:
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
