Job Title: BDE Trainee (Part-Time)
Location: Bhopal (On-Site)
Working Hours: 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Experience: 2-6 Months

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Search and bid on relevant projects on Upwork
- Write customized proposals
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team
- Follow up with prospects and close deals
- Maintain bidding records and achieve targets
Requirements:
- Strong written English communication
- Basic knowledge of IT services (Web, App, MERN, Shopify, Webflow, etc.)
- Understanding of Upwork bidding process
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Target-driven approach
