We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to lead sales initiatives and support strategic marketing efforts. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, running performance-driven marketing campaigns, and aligning sales and marketing initiatives with overal business goals to drive revenue growth and brand visibility.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement effective sales plans to drive lead generation and revenue growth. Identify and acquire potential clients through cold outreach, inbound inquiries, referrals, and strategic partnerships. Manage the complete sales lifecycle including pitching, folow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures. Build and maintain robust client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Conduct regular market research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and target customer segments. Analyze competitor strategies, offerings,



and positioning to recommend improvements in messaging and sales approach. Share on-ground market insights and client feedback to enhance product offerings and marketing strategies.

4. Social Media & Engagement

Coordinate with the social media team on campaign planning, content ideas, and performance tracking. Support community engagement initiatives and gather audience feedback across digital platforms.

5. CRM & Lead Management

Manage, track, and update leads, folow-ups, and deal stages within the CRM system. Monitor sales pipelines and performance dashboards to ensure accuracy and timely folow-ups. Maintain clean, structured, and up-to-date sales data for reporting and analysis.
