Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Handle fee collection, reconciliation, and defaulters’ follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain cash books, ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE, state education board, and government statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.).
- Assist in preparing school budgets, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Manage payroll processing for teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Handle procurement billing, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (M.Com or CA Inter preferred).




- 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in an educational institution.
- Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Good understanding of school accounting practices, GST, and TDS filing.
- Solid attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a CBSE-affiliated school.
- Knowledge of school ERP systems:
- Familiarity with CBSE audit and reporting requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
