Title: Operation Executive

Location: Mumbai (Goregaon)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage car rental reservations and ensure smooth coordination with clients and drivers
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor the availability of cars and ensure timely dispatches.
- Coordinate with the operations team to manage the fleet, drivers, and other logistics.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and invoices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards during all operations.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in car rental services or a similar customer service role.
- Solid communication skills in English and local languages.
- Ability to manage schedules regularly.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including reservation software.
- A customer-centric attitude with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
