Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to generate and convert leads
- Handle inbound inquiries and close sales
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable product
- Follow up with clients for repeat business
- Resolve customer queries efficiently

Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate (B.Com preferred)
- 2-3 years of telesales/inside sales experience
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Good problem-solving and listening skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM & MS Office
- Ability to work independently
