Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Manage guest seating arrangements and waiting lists during peak hours
- Handle reservations, walk-ins, and guest inquiries professionally
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth table turnover and guest flow
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting area
- Assist guests with menu information, offers, and café policies
- Handle customer feedback politely and escalate concerns when necessary
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and online reservation requests
- Maintain guest records and reservation logs if required
- Support the operations team during busy hours when needed
- Ensure a positive and memorable guest experience at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant appearance and professional behavior
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic knowledge of POS/reservation systems is an advantage
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive coordination and teamwork skills




- Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)

Education & Experience
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality, cafés, restaurants, or customer service preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply

Working Conditions
- Rotational shifts, weekends, and holiday availability required
- Standing for extended periods during operational hours
