Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation
- Generate and qualify leads through digital campaigns, referrals, and broker networks
- Maintain and optimize CRM dashboards for tracking and reporting
- Develop follow-up strategies to improve lead conversion rates

Channel Partner Management
- Build and maintain solid relationships with brokers and channel partners
- Organize CP meets, site visits, and incentive activities
- Share project updates, brochures, and marketing materials on time

Client Engagement
- Handle client inquiries and explain project details
- Coordinate site visits and follow-ups with prospects
- Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales team

Team Management
- Supervise sourcing executives and presales staff
- Conduct training sessions on CRM handling and client communication




- Monitor team performance and implement improvement strategies

Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with marketing teams to align sourcing goals
- Share feedback on campaign performance and lead quality
- Support management with MIS reports and presentations

Required Skills:
- Experience in real estate presales, sourcing, or lead management
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce or Strategic ERP
- Good command over MS Excel and reporting
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Leadership and team handling abilities

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
