Manage sales pipeline and source leads
- Generate leads of HR and L&D; Executives effectively
- Book appointments and present the Learning Solution
- Identify training opportunities across clients business.
- Understand customer's need and create customized solutions.
- Create a strong database of HR, L&D; Executives & Training Managers.
- Co-ordinate training projects for effective training delivery.
- Draft periodic proposals to clients
- Drive customer engagement post the program delivery.
- Increase the book size of the client.
- Negotiate the deal to increase closures.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
