Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Identify hiring needs and prepare job descriptions
- Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes
- Onboard new employees
2. Employee Relations
- Maintain healthy employee-employer relationships
- Handle employee grievances and conflicts
- Promote a positive workplace culture
3. Payroll & Compensation
- Manage employee salaries, benefits, and incentives
- Ensure timely payroll processing
- Maintain compensation records
4. Training & Development
- Identify training needs
- Organize workshops and development programs
- Support employee growth opportunities

Performance Management
- Monitor employee performance
- Conduct performance appraisals

Required Skills & Qualifications
