Job Summary:
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and implement eye-catching in-store and window displays aligned with brand standards
- Arrange merchandise strategically to highlight key products and promotions
- Ensure store layout is visually appealing, organized, and customer-friendly
- Collaborate with store and sales teams to plan seasonal and promotional displays
- Monitor current fashion trends and incorporate them into visual presentations
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of display areas, mannequins, and props
- Assist in inventory handling and ensure proper stock placement on the shop floor
- Analyze customer engagement and suggest improvements to visual merchandising strategies
- Follow company guidelines for branding and visual standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Background in Fashion Design, Visual Merchandising, or related field




- Basic understanding of retail operations and customer behavior
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of aesthetics and styling
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting
- Attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of current fashion trends

Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus

Hands-on experience through internships or projects is an advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
- Fashion retail: 3 years (preferred)
