Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update inventory records in the system
- Track stock levels and ensure accuracy of physical vs system inventory
- Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for stock movement
- Monitor incoming and outgoing inventory
- Perform regular stock audits and report discrepancies
- Ensure proper documentation of inventory transactions




- Assist in inventory planning and replenishment
- Coordinate with vendors for timely re-ordering and procurement of stock.

Skills & Requirements:
- Graduate from recognised University.
- 1-3 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems / Excel
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
- Experience in stock handling and reporting
- Strong coordination and communication skills
