1. Maintenance Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules:
- Ensure timely repair of machinery and equipment
- Handle breakdown maintenance efficiently

2. Team Management
- Supervise technicians, electricians, and housekeeping staff
- Assign daily tasks and monitor performance
- Train team members on safety and maintenance procedures

3. Equipment & Facility Management
- Maintain plant machinery, utilities, and building infrastructure
- Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, etc.
- Maintain records of equipment history

4. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations
- Conduct safety audits and risk assessments
- Implement corrective actions for hazards

5. Inventory & Spare Parts Management
- Monitor stock of spare parts and tools
- Coordinate with procurement for timely availability
- Optimize inventory to reduce downtime

6. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and checklists
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
